The AX540R NZM is a rugged, high-spec New Zealand-made single axle boat trailer, purpose-built for hulls ranging from 4.7 to 5.1 metres. Designed with a focus on performance, reliability, and presentation, this model is ideal for alloy or fibreglass boats needing a solid, stylish trailer that can go the distance.

Fitted with 175R13C alloy wheels for added strength and a premium look, the AX540R NZM combines form and function. It features a NZ-made 1750kg axle, 16 black wobble rollers for excellent hull support, and a 5:1 Trojan winch for effortless retrieval even on steeper ramps. The upgraded Trailparts 7 jockey wheel ensures easy manoeuvring when unhitched.

LED tail lights and side markers come standard, offering great visibility and compliance with New Zealand road safety regulations. As part of our NZM Series, the AX540R is fully built and assembled in New Zealand, blending robust build quality with refined features to suit the demands of Kiwi boaties.
