Built by Export Yachts Ltd Auckland and launched 1989 this is a very capable Salthouse design with beautiful custom wood interior. Well-loved with only two prior owners. Spacious interior with generous 1.97m headroom and centrally located open-plan living. Galley, salon and U-shaped seating/dining port side with full lounge seat starboard side. A double berth and chart room are located to the aft starboard side. The head with hot shower, a wardrobe and second cabin are located to the front. Engine: Perkins 4108 with new gearbox (05/22). Batteries: x2 Start, X2 House AGM 12V 130AH (08/22) + battery charger. Upgrades and New: solenoid regulators for LPG 06/22. Antifouled 07/22. Solar panels and cables (universal) = x3 100W 03/22. Dodger and bimini. Anchor +75m anchor chain . Extras: Dinghy and outboard. Spare anchor. Electric winch. Dehumidifier. Option to purchase mooring in Matawhi Bay (Russell). NZ registered.
