Description
This 1989 Vindex 470 was built by Nobel Craft and presents very well due to how well she was built and how well it has been maintained. The woodwork throughout still looks excellent.
The walkthrough transom leads to a large teak cockpit which includes three large hatches to under deck storage. A sliding door gives easy access into the open saloon with couch seating down both sides, dining table forward and a bar / entertainment cabinet in the starboard aft area. The galley is forward down two steps and includes plenty of bench space, oven, fridges and lots of storage etc.
The three cabins in the bow are well laid out and all cabins have a good amount of cupboards for storage of clothes and personal items. The forward Master Cabin has private access to the large starboard side head with separate shower. A double cabin is also on the starboard side. While a third cabin with two bunks is on the port side with the second head situated aft of this cabin. Dedicated sleeping for 6 people (not counting saloon and flybridge couches).
The flybridge has a good amount of room with seating all around. The helm provides great visibility and has a large 18 inch Garmin Touch Screen plus the usual controls like trim tabs and VHF Radio.
The boat is powered by twin 306hp Volvo Penta TAMD 61As running through shaft drives. The engine room provides plenty of space for servicing the engines as well as the Onan generator and other systems. There is even a crane on the foredeck which makes launching and storing the RIB tender a breeze.
Condition Survey from September 2023 also available to read during boat viewings.
For full boat specs and details, see our website.
The owner would also consider shared ownership options for the boat and marina berth. Contact us for detail on share ownership option.
